Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies focused on expanding the market influence and sales volume of Muslim watches.
2. Establish and maintain partnerships with mosques to drive product sales within the religious community.
3. Set and achieve monthly sales targets, ensuring timely completion of sales objectives.
4. Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to promote sales and collaboration opportunities.
5. Collect and analyze market feedback and competitive intelligence, providing recommendations for product improvement and market positioning.
Job Requirements
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effective communication with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
2. Prior experience in sales or marketing preferred, especially in religious products or community markets.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with strong self-motivation and resilience.
4. Strong team spirit, capable of collaborating closely with different departments within the company to achieve common goals.
5. Basic understanding of and respect for the Muslim community and culture, with sensitivity to cross-cultural environments.
